Once your order is placed, you'll receive a Confirmation Email to the email address you entered at checkout. The email will contain a link to your order's status. This is also where your order tracking info will be sent.
You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order is shipped that includes a tracking number.
We only conduct exchanges if there is a defective or damaged product on delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the defective or damaged item to receive a return label.
We are unable to verify your billing information. If the billing address on the order does not match the credit card issuer or bank information on file, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
