Once your order is placed, you'll receive a Confirmation Email to the email address you entered at checkout. The email will contain a link to your order's status. This is also where your order tracking info will be sent.
You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order is shipped that includes a tracking number.
We only conduct exchanges if there is a defective or damaged product on delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with a photo of the defective or damaged item to receive a return label.
